Refund and Returns Policy
Aerobile is committed to ensuring satisfaction with all of our products. We understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances that necessitate a return. Please carefully read the following return policy:
Conditions for Returns
- Return Period: Must before the Start date and within 180 days from the purchase date of receipt.
- Product Condition: The e-sims must be unused. (Due to the nature of digital goods such as e-sims, we will have to file case to the supplier to make sure it’s unused. )
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a proof of purchase or order number to process the return.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Within the return period and before your Start date, please first contact our customer service team, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Obtain Return Authorization: After confirmation by the supplier, we will provide a return authorization number.
- Refund: Upon confirming the product meets the return conditions, we will suspend the service and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Important Notes
- Non-Compliant Returns: If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will not accept the return and will not suspend the service. If your device is locked phone or is not compatible with e-sim, we will not accept the return and will not suspend the service.
- Return fee: There will be return fee charged depends on the plan and supplier. (Basically no more than 5% of the price.)
- Transaction fee: Paypal charges transaction fee to every return orders.
Special Instructions
- Promotional Items: Promotional or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom Products: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
